With over a decade of experience in body- and energy- work practices, I have been honored to support countless individuals on their path to healing. My approach is holistic, recognizing that true wellness encompasses the body, heart, and spirit. Drawing from my extensive background in various massage modalities, Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, energy work, my nurturing experience as a birth doula, and psychedelic sitting and integration support, I offer a unique and integrated experience tailored just for you. Each session is crafted with the intention of creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring the depths of your being. I currently work in private practice as well as co-facilitate various retreats and gatherings around the country.
