ABOUT
I am a practitioner devoted to the deep, intuitive intelligence of the body. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with our breath, our sensations, our truth, and the subtle layers of consciousness that live beneath the surface.
For many years, my path was centered on therapeutic bodywork. I loved the precision, the anatomy, the structural re-integration — the way touch could calm the nervous system, heal injuries, create safety, and unwind long-held patterns allowing people to break free of chronic pain. My hands learned to listen. My body learned to feel. And my heart learned that people transform when they are met fully.
But over time, something deeper called me. I found myself drawn toward the spaces beneath the physical — the energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions where true change takes root. I began exploring life force energy, breathwork, somatic awakening, liminal spaces and altered states. Slowly, my practice shifted from working on the body, to guiding people into their own body, their own awareness, their own inner landscapes.
Today, most of my work lives through Joytown - a sanctuary of transformation, surrender, joy, healing, and sacred exploration - where we offer deeply embodied journeys. While I no longer practice private massage, everything I learned from those years lives inside my touch, my presence, and the way I hold space - with intention, care, and safety - for transformation to unfold from the inside out.

My Background
I grew up in Ohio and moved to Colorado in 2010, instantly falling in love with the mountains, the sunshine, and the spaciousness of the West. My journey began through movement - first with yoga, then pilates - which opened a fascination with the human body and the desire to support deeper well-being for myself and others.
This led me to the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2013, where I trained in massage that blended scientific understanding with intuitive, eastern-based palpation. After completing the program, I remained as a Bodywork Instructor, supporting students and deepening my own craft.
I’ve learned from the body in many forms - in an occupational medical clinic treating acute injuries, through training in traumatic touch, years of independent practice, and working at events nationwide. After over a decade of devotion to private practice, my work began to open in new directions. Breathwork, somatics, and altered states drew me beyond the physical realms and into the multidimensional. Each chapter informs who I am as a guide: the anatomy, the intuition, the curiosity, the devotion.
