My
Philosophy
I embrace an approach to massage that transcends the mere manipulation of muscles, weaving together a tapestry of healing arts that honor the profound connection between body, heart, and spirit.
While body work absolutely brings a deep relaxation to the nervous system, what’s even more significant are the multiple issues in our joints and muscles that can only be addressed through therapeutic touch. To help structurally re-integrate the body, I focus on joint function, freeing adhesions & hypertonicity in muscles, thus clearing trigger points and reducing fascial distortions & postural imbalances.
My guiding principle is that health is reached holistically and the body responds to consistent input. Overall lifestyle, including the physical, emotional and mental body, must be taken into account when evaluating and treating symptoms of chronic pain and injury. I'm curious about your habits, activities, and movement patterns.
Drawing upon a rich palette of bodywork modalities, alongside the wisdom of Yoga, Pilates, the nurturing presence of being a birth doula, the transformative power of Breathwork, and the subtle energies that animate our being, I strive to create an environment where healing is not just possible but inevitable. My practice is a sacred space of exploration and discovery, where each session is an invitation to embark on a deeply personal journey towards wholeness. As we co-create this healing experience, whether in a private session or in the collective energy of a sacred retreat, it is my honor to support you in unveiling the layers of tension, unlocking the potential for transformation, and stepping into the fullest expression of your vibrant self.

My Background
I grew up and completed my undergraduate work in Ohio. I came to Boulder to visit a friend in 2010 and never left. Colorado's sunshine and mountains, lifestyle, people and variety of activities has captured my heart.
Wanting to dive deeper into my yoga practice, I went through a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Intuitively pulled toward the healing arts, this yoga training heightened my fascination both with the human body and my need to promote health and well-being for myself and others. I came to believe that Massage Therapy would be an ideal skill to add to my tool belt.
Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC) provided me with a comprehensive education in body work, emphasizing not only scientific principles, but palpation skills that balance both a clinical and Eastern approach to healing. When I completed my training, I was invited to stay on as a Teacher's Assistant and then as a Bodywork Instructor, so I continued to teach and aid in massage therapy classes, acted as a mentor for current students, and indulged my love of being in an environment that continually enhanced my skills.
I worked for a couple of years part time in an Occupational Medical Clinic, where I treated worker's compensation patients and did acute injury rehabilitation, gaining knowledge and experience with many different injuries and surgeries.
I now work entirely independently around the front range, with an office in Denver, as well as at a variety of events nation-wide.
