
Neuro-Dynamic Breathwork
NeuroDynamic Breathwork is a style based off of Holotropic that creates a gateway to conscious embodiment, emotional health, and personal empowerment using only the breath and carefully curated dynamic music. It is non-directive, which means I do not direct or guide your journey once the music begins. It is based on the fundamental principle that everybody has an Inner Guiding Intelligence and encourages radical self-empowerment where you find answers from within your own being rather than looking to the outside world. Breathwork helps access the unconscious mind where we can become aware of our blockages and old thinking patterns and brings them into the conscious mind for healing and re-patterning.
Breathwork can help with: relief from depression and anxiety, increase connection to intuition, increase self-compassion and self-awareness, relief from trauma, increase trust in yourself, relief from grief, be more present, manage stress, increase connection to source/the divine, feel more embodied, a greater ability to "let go"...
This style of breathwork can be done online from the comfort of your own home. You just need an internet connection and speakers or headphones to allow the music to take you on a journey.
Sessions last approximately 2 hours. We will meet on Zoom and I will do an introductory talk and an opening meditation, the music and the actual breathwork portion lasts about an hour, then we will have an integration discussion.
This can be done 1-on-1 or in groups.
